Legacy Fine Art Gallery, below SoHo on Central, is now available for event rentals for guests who are also renting SoHo on Central.

Please note that the rental of our gallery is exclusively available in conjunction with the SoHo on Central loft. This combination ensures a comprehensive, exclusive, and luxurious space for your event and prep. The rental would include the use of both the gallery and loft spaces, with a nightly rate for SoHo on Central and an agreed-upon amount for the gallery space, dependent on the dates and duration of your event. As we offer only the venue space, arrangements for furnishings such as tables, chairs, decorations, and other accommodations will be your responsibility, allowing you to personalize the venue to your vision.
For the safety and enjoyment of all, obtaining event insurance is a requirement for all events hosted at our venue. In addition, should your event involve the serving of alcohol, the necessary permits must be obtained.

This space, which includes use of the kitchen (no stove) & wine grotto area, 2 bathrooms (downstairs), and It can accommodate a medium size wedding or event of up to 100 guests.
The vacation rental loft is a 4-bedroom, 3-bath, with full kitchen & roof-top patio. In rare cases, such as mid-week events, we may be able to rent only the gallery space.
Note – Legacy Fine Art Gallery is an active, functional art gallery. All fine art is available for purchase and is subject to change at any time.
